Wildberry Mint
Sparkler
Deep, jammy berries meet the crisp chill of crushed ice and aromatic mint, creating a vibrant cocktail that celebrates the peak of the summer harvest. It is the ideal companion for warm afternoons, delivering a burst of natural sweetness balanced by a clean, sparkling finish. This drink showcases the vodka’s unique ability to enhance the brightness of fresh, seasonal fruit.
What You’ll Need
2 Ounce
South Fork Vodka
South Fork Vodka not only provides an ultra-smooth finish, Vodka also naturally enhances fruit flavor and sweetness.
1 Ounce
Fresh Lime Juice
Freshly squeezed lime juice is the essential acidic backbone here, balancing the deep, jammy sweetness of the muddled blackberries.
1/2 ounce
Agave Nectar
Agave nectar provides a rounder, more viscous sweetness than standard sugar, which helps carry the berry flavors across the tongue.
6-8
Fresh Blackberries
Choose berries that are deep purple—almost black. These hold the highest juice content and the most vibrant natural pigments for the drink.
5-6
Fresh Mint Leaves
Store-bought mint is fine, but garden-grown "Mojito Mint" offers a more pungent, peppery kick that stands up better to the vodka.
Crushed
Ice
Using crushed ice increases the surface area for chilling, creating a frost-misted glass that stays ice-cold until the very last sip.
Sparkling
Water
A tiny bit of bubbles opens up the cocktail’s structure, ensuring the muddled fruit doesn't feel too heavy or syrupy on a hot day.
